1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once a license key or digital download has been delivered.

2. Exchanges

We understand that mistakes can happen. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The license key provided is not working or invalid

  • The product delivered does not match the product you purchased

  • You request an exchange within 48 hours of purchase

If your exchange request meets these conditions, we will provide a working replacement or the correct software.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at softwereteam@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Screenshots or error messages, if available

We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

4. Important Notes

  • Exchanges will only be issued for the same or equivalent product

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for user error, change of mind, or system incompatibility

  • All software is delivered digitally—there are no physical shipments
