1. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once a license key or digital download has been delivered.
2. Exchanges
We understand that mistakes can happen. We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
The license key provided is not working or invalid
The product delivered does not match the product you purchased
You request an exchange within 48 hours of purchase
If your exchange request meets these conditions, we will provide a working replacement or the correct software.
3. How to Request an Exchange

Your full name and order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Screenshots or error messages, if available
We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
4. Important Notes
Exchanges will only be issued for the same or equivalent product
We do not accept returns or exchanges for user error, change of mind, or system incompatibility
All software is delivered digitally—there are no physical shipments
